Looking to regroup, feeling stuck!

I dropped about 60lbs and went from 256lbs to under 200lbs. During this time I ate 1500 calories a day and had a strenuous job. I also love to ride electric mountain bike. Once winter really hit I started lifting strongs 5x5 with additional exercises added in. I’m 2 months in to consistent lifting at this point. Until I started lifting I broke my calorie limit twice in 7 months. Since lifting I raised my calories to 1800 because I fell into some binges. I did drop down to 190 lbs but only loosing about 1/4 lbs a week for the last two months. So here’s where the problems start. I think I only need to loose 10 more lbs to get to my 10% body fat goal and I can finally start to see my upper abs for the first time in my life. I’m frustrated with the scale not moving so I cut calories back from 1800 to 1700. I made it one week and I am absolutely hating lifting. The weights are getting high and it just sucks lifting heavy weights with no energy. My body is subconsciously cutting down my activity level, my job is no longer strenuous, and my neat calories must be next to nothing. It’s to cold here to go riding. Then it happened a $17 candy binge! Haha, so weak! Pitiful, lol! So I’m rethinking my strategy and I’m not sure what to do. My attitude is still strong. I’m now a lifer. From pictures online I believe I’m likely around 15% body fat. I really want to make it to 10% for at least a season, as a personal life time goal I’ve made. It was easy loosing weight when I was very heavy and I understand it’s harder at the end. My macros are spot on 180-190g protein, at least 20% fat, and then the rest carbs for energy. I want to hit my goal by may 1st and then move towards a maintenance level slowly as summer approaches. I’m thinking maybe a diet break? Any suggestions? I’m thinking I may need to boost my calories a little so I can not hate lifting so much and hope the weather breaks soon because I love riding and that will get my metabolism up. I’m about 9 months since I first started dieting. Maybe I just need to stay the course back at 1800 calories? I managed not to binge there and I have had a significant amount of change in appearance in the mirror even without the scale really moving fast. Haha I seem to be all over the place thus the reason I’m open to suggestions? Thanks
