New again!

I'm back! No excuses here, just been going through some stuff. The last time I was here was 2018 before my dad passed away. After he passed I fell of the mfp wagon and lost the motivation to continue to eat right and get healthy. I'm slowly getting back to where I was back then. The past couple years have been stressful for me during the pandemic. I tested positive for Covid 1/29/22 and I'm still struggling with some symptoms. It really affected my breathing and I'm so tired all the time. If I wasnt so overweight it may not have affected me the way it did. I have to make myself get out of bed some mornings and feel like I'm depressed alot. I'm trying to get on the right path though. It's my priority to lose weight and get healthy. I'm putting all this out there to keep myself accountable but any advice or encouragement is welcome. Y'all have a great day!

    If you’re feeling depressed a lot, you may wish to consider therapy. Sometimes it really helps to talk and gain a few new coping skills.
