Well im back, created this last year, however my back injury got horrendously worse so had to bow out of the exercise while it calmed down.....

However still suffering but am now in the rite hands with a chiropractor....

So ive now piled on another 2stone am at my all time heaviest weighing in at 12 stone, really not a happy bunny....any suggestions on workouts that will not put any stress on my lower back would be great x
