Why is there an incorrect total loss showing on my home page?

I've been a member for a number of years and giving it another go this year. After logging another 1lb loss today my total weight loss shows as "3.8lbs lost so far" but I've actually lost 11lbs since beginning of January.
Why is it picking a random amount to show as a total loss?
Thanks ๐

In your goal setup, have you checked your starting weight? That's what MFP uses to calculate how much weight you've lost so far, I think. Perhaps it's old info there (a weigh-in from years before), not what your weight was at the beginning of January?0

Thank you very much for your reply, that was exactly the problem!
I hadn't been in and altered that since 2017 ๐๐1
