Can anyone suggest help?
I'm tracking and staying around my 1200 calorie limit. I increased walking to 30-60 min a day. I stay around my macro limits. But the scale idnt moving. What can I do?

1. How long have you been doing those things?
2. How are you tracking your food - are you using a scale, measuring your servings with cups and spoons, eyeballing it? Are you building your own recipes or meals for prepared foods and verifying the entries you're choosing from the database?
3. How active were you before you started walking 30+ minutes per day?1 -
How "objectively" overweight are you currently, and how many lbs, kg, g, or rocks (stones 😹) are you trying to lose?
Time frame of doing all this?
Frequency and conditions of weight ins?
Definition of scale not moving: not at all? A kg or lb or two? It went up?1 -
