Newbie here! Excited about my health journey

celebrating 6 days posting so far! Even made my calories goal a day or two. I'm so hoping this health journey is my last one. I am older now and tired of fad diets. I want to eat at home since I work at home, that is the easiest for me, and I am a good cook. So really what this app is giving me is more time. More time to work or have leisure time. Typing in what you ate is so easy, I even found the nutrition info for a local restaurant chain on it, didn't think it would be there. Pretty soon I'll have the nerve to post my weight. Not today tho
