Getting back in track

Good afternoon everyone,
I’ve been gone awhile, tried Weight Watchers but am not seeing any great results, I read all the time “I’ve been on WW for a week” and have lost 7lbs. It’s depressing. So I’m back here trying again. I need friends to help motivate me. Food isn’t really the problem I need to get moving. My intentions are an A my execution is F. All positive feed back is appreciated.
