Recording ingredients -v- meals in MFP

Hi,
Quickie question here; if I cook a side of courgette roasted in the oven, does it matter if I record it as 1 raw courgette and 1 tablespoon of olive oil rather than looking for 'courgettes roasted in olive oil'?

I assumed it will result in the same calorie/nutrition content, but just suddenly thought about how the cooking method affects things, eg boiling loses more nutrients than steaming etc. Now I am not sure!

Thanks

Yeah...if it's not your own recipe, you have no clue how much olive oil someone else used or whatever. I always listed out my ingredients in the recipe builder. I never bothered with "steamed/grilled/poached" or whatever....yeah, that might make a little difference, but not much and just way too OCD to try to get it down to the exact calorie...you'll kill yourself trying to do that, and you'll still be off by a few calories.

Don't over-think this...it's really simple...it's so simple that people feel the need to complicate things by over-think.
