    I was. Diagnosed with PCOS a little over a year ago and I never really thought about it until a friend of mine opened up and told me she also has PCOS and I realized a lot of the problems I’m having with my weight and struggles with acne are because of that. I started reading more about it last night and now I know I have to make some serious changes to get myself back on track. Ive gained so much weight the past few years and it’s so hard to get rid of it!
