I'm a 70-year-old disabled woman with balance issues. I also have a severe allergy to chemicals used to prolong shelf storage in foods. I cannot eat fast food, convenience food, or microwavable foods. A microwavable spaghetti dinner, I had eaten with no problems in the past, in 2013 sent me to the hospital in analeptic shock.

Now I eat as our parents and grandparents did. I read labels, try to be healthy, and want to shout out my small successes out to everyone, but "everyone" isn't interested.

Are there any others like me in the community?
