Looking for recipes. Please advise where I can find them. I’m not a kitchen person per se.

How are we supposed to answer such a broad question?

Where do you find recipes? Millions of websites and books are devoted to recipes. They are not hard to find.

We don't know what types of foods the poster likes, what they need...?

Maybe if they were more specific, we could offer suggestions.

As recipes go, I get most of mine from Pinterest.

That said, I typically reserve "recipe" type meals for weekends. My weekday meals tend to just be some kind of protein that is either marinated or seasoned in whatever I feel like for that particular meal, along with a veg of some kind...usually sauté or roasted, and a starch or grain like steamed rice or quinoa or roasted or mashed potatoes, etc. I do most meats on the grill except for fish which I usually either bake or pan fry. When I'm cutting weight I will often skip the starch or grain at dinner or maybe just have that a couple times per week and load up on extra vegetables.

If you don't have Pinterest, you can just google whatever it is you're looking to make.

This is a good site. Just chuck in a search term (ingredient for example) and you can find loads of stuff:
    https://www.allrecipes.com/
It's not all healthy but you can sift through them.
MFP has a recipe page here: https://blog.myfitnesspal.com/author/myfitnesspal-recipes/
Or you have 'recipe discovery' in the MFP app itself from the "..." More area on the toolbar at the bottom.
If you're feeling you want to get more into plant based food a user here in the forums recommended this site recently and I have been really liking it:
    https://www.rebelrecipes.com/recipe-index/

There’s an overwhelming amount of food content on YouTube. My favs:

    Ethan Chlebowski
    Chef John (food wishes)
    Adam Ragusa
    J kenji lopez alt

They all have really practical recipes that you can pretty easily customize to your own needs
