Time to stop grazing from the fridge and stay motivated

Last year I weighed 190lbs you may say that's not fat or big but I knew I was not comfortable with the weight. My clothes did not fit but got in a rut for years eating badly. I changed diet, went to the gym daily and dropped 35 pounds literally in 3 months. Went on vacation at Xmas and bad habits drifted back in. I have not put on much weight but was looking for something to keep me motivated as the sugar and carb cravings were driving me crazy. So here I am. Cheers to everyone on your journey.
