Daily Journal Streak

1772 days of logging all my foods. Sort of a 'thing' now that I don't ever want to miss a day because it might lead to more days skipped.
Curiously, as a senior I never in my life have been on a diet. I'm a career chef/baker so there were always plenty of temptations (still are LOL).
My original goal was to monitor cholesterol. I expanded it to weight and overall good dietary balance. Weight loss was more of an issue when I wanted to lessen the strain on my knee. I'm a tennis player and it's important for me to stay on the court. My knee doctors once told me for every 10 LBS you weigh it adds 40 LBS of stress to the knee joint.
I pretty much stay at my desired weight, probably +/- 3 LBS.

Very nice streak. I'm at 4,316 days. It'd be longer but there was no free WiFi at Disney World in May 2010. We spent enough there I thought it should be included and wasn't going to pay for it. This was before we had smartphones to login that way too.
