Steps not syncing as exercise...

I've uninstalled and reinstalled the Fitbit App from here - still not tracking my steps as exercise. Any thoughts or suggestions? Thanks in advance!

    What do you mean by 'steps as exercise'?
    As I understand it (I don't have a fitbit myself) Fitbit only sends over your step count and total calorie burn, so you should see a step count and a calorie adjustment (presuming you've been more active than the activity level you selected or have allowed negative adjustments). This calorie adjustment includes exercise, but you won't see the exercise sessions in your diary.
