Accountability and motivational buddies

Hey everyone, I’m looking for accountability and support buddies on MFP. I had a shoulder injury last year and still recovering and under going treatment. I was told not do any weights or upper body exercises which involves my shoulder.. so, initially I gave up and was too de-motivated and later on I started working out on my abs n core area and legs. My abs were shaping up quite well and I was very motivated but off late the lower abs are not shaping up well, I can’t do much of weights training and still restricted to do heavy weights. My motivation is rock bottom n I’m giving myself excuses of not going to the gym or working out. I’ve never been like this and I feel gutted if I don’t go.

I reckon having motivated or like minded ppl around will ensure I keep myself on track. Anyone who feels that he/she is lacking motivation and having an accountability buddy will help to keep them on track, pls feel free to add me or let me know and I’ll add them. I think together we can motivate each other and keep ourselves motivated and help each other to achieve our fitness goals.

    Wow! Don’t see anyone really interested in becoming an accountability buddy with me.. perhaps I’ll be my own accountability buddy as always lol🤷‍♂️🤣

    I sent you a friend request motivation is something we all need. I need motivation to at least do my home workouts every day lol but then the pain starts and I loose my will.
