Hello All.. Back after some time away.

After being away for a bit, I am back. Trying to get back to a somewhat normal life. I have good news and bad news about my health over all.

Good news.. I quit smoking!
Last puff was January 20, 2022. I started weaning myself off in December 2021. I went to the doctor for my yearly checkup and haven't taken my Blood pressure meds since December. She told me my blood pressure was very good and has said as long as it doesn't go back up (yes I check it regularly) I no longer need them....so I need to loose this weight to make sure I stay on that path.

Bad News... I gained 15 pounds in that time frame! I was already over weight, but D..A..M..N.. SO Time to get serious about this.
