Getting started again

Hello all! I logged back in to MFP on Wednesday after only sporadic usage for the past few years, and I was greated with a 9 year anniversary badge ( I didn't know that was a thing!) I had lost approximately 60 pounds, and managed to keep most of it off for about 5 years. But going back to work, and the stress that comes with it had me slowly losing control of my diet. So, over the last few years I have found all those lost pounds. Stepping on the scale for the first time in months on Wednesday morning had me in tears, also having to buy even larger jeans that still seemed to cut me in half. So here I am at it again, with a much smaller goal, but a goal nonetheless. I know the system works, as long as I work at it. If you feel like adding a friend, please feel free to add me

Good luck on your journey! I’ve found myself in the same position as you. I’ve been meaning to start back on here for the past six months but something always got in the way. But I know I can’t continue the way I am. I’m sure you will do great.

Hey there MamaRiss- I'm right here beside you. I was doing the Beachbody thing for the past year. Completed a couple of programs, but I was so tired of being sold too all the time. Decided to switch things up as the weather is getting nicer outside. I'm a very slow loser. I'm 5'1'' and I have 52 pounds to lose. Slow and steady wins the race! :)
