Well, I have begun this journey many times in the past. A few years ago, it was much easier to follow through on weight and fitness goals. Now, my weight and health are back in a bad place. I’m almost 48, and I love working out but just don’t seem to find the time. Hoping this community can help give me focus. Goal is weight loss but more importantly eating healthy and body building. Love weight training and figure I should have an ambitious goal. Thiughts on how to get started?

Make a plan and schedule and stick to it. I find full-body 2/week for weight training is a good place to start. Are you going to a gym?0
