    All plain yoghurt is low carb. The bacteria which created the yoghurt from milk have already digested the lactose. That's why a lot of coeiliacs can often eat yoghurt.

    pretty much any plain greek yogurt is going to be low carb. Full fat will have less sugar than non-fat due to the fact that it takes more milk to make the non-fat variety and produce an equal amount of product. These, however, aren't added sugars...they are naturally occurring in dairy products and there really isn't any getting around that.
