New Challenge

Hey y’all! I’ve been on MFP forever but the last few years let my nutrition go.

Just turned 40, have two boys married forever and I’m doing a new 30 CrossFit-ish challenge and need some accountability!

I skill workout hard daily just need to stick to my nutrition and sick of the scale not moving (please don’t preach that’s not the only way to measure progress)…no inches no lbs lost my diet is sh’t.

Need some accountability!
