I get leg spasms do to my disability. An when my leg starts shaking. My fat an man tits do to. My goal is to lift more working out chest ,back ,arms ,stomach. So far i been doing 3×30 when lifting. 3 days ,but every other day an cardio. I usually do twice a day , 4 day. Well every day im on my feet. To achieve my weight loss an muscle gain . That i want to achieve. An finding friend to motivate an work out with .here on mfp0
