Is there such a thing as cutting to many calories. MF says to stay the same I should be at 2850. I have tried to cut my calories to 2,000 a day and not eating back my exercise calories. Lately I feel differently like in a funk. Could it be really or just in my head?
I have been at this for 4 mns and lost 17 pounds. I dont want to stop put I dont want to get there unhealthly.
Any thoughts would be very helpful. Thanks

Your body is trying to tell you that it needs more fuel! If you give your body more food you will not only feel better and have more energy but your body will be better equipped to help you lose weight. Many people have already posted this link in other threads but it is really good:http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/0
