Logging gets Real!!

Today I actually logged my food for the 1st time in a long time. I guess I do eat more than what I thought. Hopefully I can stay with this!

It's quite eye-opening, right?
I think most of us have been there. Mind you, I was only eating 1300 calories per day, and gaining weight. My body is totally messed up. Well, that's what I told myself, estimating one huge slice of bread at half the actual weight (of about 5 per day), and totally ignoring the masses of snacks I was eating. Right. Keep at it! You can do it1 -
And we all know “just two” Oreos don’t count, right?
