How best to sync across Garmin, Wahoo, Strava and Apple health

I use both Garmin and Wahoo devices to collect workout data. I have both connected to Strava and to Apple health. I use MFP to track my food intake and I also like to see that on the Garmin connect app.

I have tried various different sync setups and non seem to get me what I need.

1. Everything connected works great with activities from Wahoo, but Garmin activities get duplicated (Apple Health sorts out any duplicates even with everything conencted to it).
2. So I thought, if I turn off syncing to Strava all would be good as MFP would pick up the Strava activities from Apple Health. Result - Non Garmin activities don't show up in MFP at all (so looks like MFP doesn't get activities from Apple Health?).
3. If I disconnect from Garmin and reconnect Strava (remember Garmin exports to Strava) then I get correct activities in MFP but can't see the correct calorie count in Garmin Connect.

Is there anyway to set this up so it works across all apps or am I stuck with manually deleting or adding activities or just not seeing the calorie intake on Garmin connect?
