Thinking of setting up a treadmill desk

Hi, I'm thinking of doing a treadmill / desk set up. Any tips/heads up/guidance- be it equipment related, positives/negatives, hacks- from anyone who is or was doing thus? Thanks!

I bought a cheaper treadmill and just bought a generic treadmill laptop table. Cost me abou $400. I use a laptop for work so it was easy enough to do.

I bought a sitting treadmill for $40 (it was on sale then). I use it everyday and it has helped me lose weight.
