Aiming to lose 7lb in March

I'm setting myself a mini goal of aiming for 7lb a month. It won't always be possible I'm sure, but there's nothing wrong with setting a stretch goal and seeing how far I can go. If anyone else would like to join in please do.
Your start weight needs to be taken from your weigh-in week commencing 28th Feb, then we'll track the next 4 weigh-ins (weeks commencing 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th March). If you're joining me please add a comment and your starting weight and let's see how we go.
