Quick instant pot meals??!

I FINALLY got my instant pot yesterday!! It's so cute and fancy and I still have no idea how to use it. I was wondering if y'all could share your favorite and hopefully quick and easy instant pot meals with me! I hate buying a ton of ingredients for one meal that I wouldn't normally buy and I love when things are simple and fast! Thanks!

My favorite instapot recipe blog is twosleevers.com. She has dishes from around the world, but made them easy while keeping the flavors. Most are keto or low carb. My favorites are her French Garlic Chicken and the Butter Chicken, I really like the Josh Rogan lamb/ beef too.

Regardless of where you get the recipe, I prep two at a time- one for making right away, and one in a freezer bag to be able to toss directly in the IP another busy night. (Most directions for brown this or add this then that can be skipped and everything tossed in at once, NBD in the long run really). Just make sure the frozen freezer bag product will fit in the IP tape it down or stand it in a canister or something while it freezes. When you put it in the IP frozen, the cooking directions are the same, it will just take longer to come up to temp, that’s all. You don’t have to do anything different but wait longer.
