I started jogging again yesterday just 15 mins then 20 mins today. Trying to watch what I eat.

    Have been doing it for years! A wonderful way to burn calories, enjoy the outdoors and reach a mental tranquility!

    I really want to start couch to 5K again. I just need to do it
