This is for a family of 7. I made this along with jasmine rice. My portion was 810 calories. It was two cups of rice and 3/4 cup of pork and veg. It took me about 30 min to make which was basically the time it took the rice to cook.
2 packages of precut pork
1 package of frozen stirfry vegetables
2 cups jasmine rice
Garlic powder
Sesame oil
Soy sauce
1. Start the rice. Usually it’s a 1 to 2 ratio. So I did two cups of rice and 4 cups of water
2. If the pork pieces are too big I find that eating is hard and not fun. These were fajita cut so they were thin. Fry them up. I added garlic powder just after I put them in the pan. Once a bit cooked add the rest your seasonings and sauces to your taste. I kept tasting after adding seasonings to get it right.
3. I had to keep my heat on med high the whole time because the pork released a lot of water. I basically boiled off that extra fluid.
4. When the extra fluid is gone and it’s seasoned to your taste add the frozen vegetables. Cook until the veg are hot.
5. Adjust seasonings again.
6. I didn’t add any salt because of the soy sauce.
7. Serve and enjoy.

Hi,
It's really simple and I like it a lot. If you're interesetd in some of the ins and outs of Chinese cooking check out Khoan Vong's YT channel sometime. He keeps things pretty simple. Most of the time the meat is boiled first: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCHWpjb33oVxMb0UjVkZVItw0
