Some advice and ideas would be appreciated!

Don't really post much but I'll keep it short and sweet. Just hoping to see if I am doing this whole diet thing well enough and get some help along the way. I currently am at 205 pounds and I started at 215 or 220 (can't remember) If I could get some feedback on my diary posts from the community that would be awesome! Thanks again! :)

PS: Any sneakerheads on here?? Would love to talk about that or BASKETBALL as well. Hope to making new friends!

    Josh, your FOOD diary is not viewable. Go to FOOD > Settings, scroll down and click, "Public" and then save.
