What kinds of breakfast foods are healthy and fast to fix and eat on the go without eggs? And how do you make a protein shake taste good?

    That depends. What kind of things do you like? I personally really like oatmeal with nuts, seeds, fruit, and peanut butter for breakfast. If I know I'll be busy that week, I'll either make a double batch and save the extra for the next day or I'll do overnight oats. I also like protein pancakes, hash with gravy and biscuits, or oat muffins.

    As for trying to make a protein shake taste good, it largely depends on the powder you use and what flavors you like. Try a few different powders and recipes until you find one you like :)

    Who says breakfast foods have to be breakfast foods?

    Last week I had Boca veggie burgers smothered in stir-fried veggies, grilled cheese(lite bread) and tuna with a handful of spinach thrown in, orange on the side. This week I'm buying spinach wraps and deli turkey so that'll be my breakfast for a few days, along with spinach, tomatoes, avocado, honey mustard and hummus. Soooo yummy and quick.

    I do need to seek out lighter smoothie recipes for a warmer(hopefully) season coming.
