I'm a newbie

I am a veteran of the 2-year weight loss / weight gain cycle club. 2 years ago, I weighed 143 lbs and was a stellar model of a person eating & exercising according to plan. I logged my food, journaled, exercised, and meditated. Over time, I thought, "the heck with all that work." I'll just eat right. 2 years later, I weigh 159, and hate my addiction to eating all the time. In addition to eating really nutritious food, I also eat too many treats. So, thanks to My Fitness Pal, I'm back to logging my food and exercise. I am thankful for these tools and this community. Wish me luck!

    Omg, I could have written this myself. Different weights, but I've done exactly the same. Wishing you all the luck to get to where you want to be :)
