Can my wife transfer her Premium subscription to me?

My wife ended up not needing her Premium subscription. She signed up for the annual and there are at least six months left on it. Is it possible for her to transfer it to me?

    It's not possible to transfer a Premium subscription from one account to another. To make use of her subscription, you would need to take over her account and use it yourself.
