Minus Food for modifications

It would be helpful if we could use a "Negative" or "Minus" Calorie function from when we make modifications to food.
For Example.
Let say I order a Spaghetti Bolognaise from an Italian restaurant, however I ordered it without cheese. I can see on their website the total calories in the spaghetti including the cheese, and the calories in the cheese itself.
For me to log this I would need to create a whole new food and manually calculate and input all of the nutrients. However if we had the negative function I would simply do this:
Spaghetti 800 Calories
Cheese (100) Calories
Just an idea!
