Encouragement needed!

I’ve been all sorts of weights during my adult life, 9st at 18 years of age and hit over 15st back in 2017! Maybe it’s age but the weight just doesn’t want to shift at the minute, only recently started tracking my food, and definitely eating a more nutritious diet but my calorie intake is still way off where it needs to be.

I’m looking for someone to share their daily experiences with, calorie stats, progress photos and get encouragement from and I will of course do the same for you
