Looking for weight loss friends

I’m 36, 5’2 and weigh 175.4. I struggle with emotional eating and binge eating. I feel so uncomfortable in my body right now. I really want to get back into 140s. Seems so far away but I know I can do it!

My first goal is just to get back into the 160s. This is day 2 of being on track. Let’s do this!

  • Small goals are best. 2 months into my lifestyle change and slowly getting there with no time pressure. Have another 15kg to go which seems daunting but I know I'll get there eventually

    So similar! I’m 41, 5’3” and 179 - just starting (again) today and am focused first on getting down to 160. I’d love to connect!
