Looking for friends!

Hi everyone!

Mom to an almost 3-year old, medical professional and vegan. I was doing well with my health several years earlier but as things got more stressful in life and after having a baby I really let my health and wellness take a back seat. I feel stupid giving advice to my patients about their health when I am not putting effort into mine.

What activities do I like? Running, hiking and want to start strength training. I will be traveling to Alberta with my family and going on a challenging hike in June so I look forward to some level of fitness to complete this hike without an injury/taking hours/huffing puffing my way up :smiley:
Evil foods I love: salty foods like chips....um like daily! I am a junk food vegan.
What I find challenging: day to day finding time (and also the motivation) to get that workout in

Looking for friends who are on a similar journey as me for motivation. :)

    Hi!🙋🏼‍♀️I like to run, love being outside in the sunshine. I would like to clean up my diet a little, so I get you on the chips. Could you maybe replace then with a few roasted pumpkin seeds or raw almonds?
    For strength, look at Sydney Cummings, Cdornerfitness, or Caroline Girvan on YouTube for some great workouts!
