Why is Premium version on my iPhone but not on my desktop PC?

I signed up for Premium through the app on my iPhone solely for the purpose of tracking net carbs. But I actually add to my diary on my desktop PC, not my phone, and on my PC it doesn't show that I have the Premium version. Why is that and how do I correct it? Thanks.

Most often, the issue is that you have two different accounts, which means your subscription wouldn't transfer over. Please contact our support team for further assistance.0
