I am Izatar and I have been trying to regain my health and lose weight for many years. I am down 115 pounds from my highest weight, but I have 91 more pounds to lose. It is a very difficult task for me, as I have been unable to stay with any diet or eating program that I have attempted for more than a few months. I hope to make some friends or buddies here, as I think that would help with motivation. I am in Florida and would like to share ideas and thoughts about weight loss with folks from around the world.
