How to know my caloric intake to build a booty

Hi!

I’m 39 yes old, weight 143, I’m 5’8. I have an athletic build with some curves. I’m looking to gain back my booty but don’t have the time to commit back to my old trainer. She built my booty but didn’t know how to manage my meal plan for my body. This left me feeling and looking “thick”. In a perfect world, I want a small fit waistline with a lifted booty.

I’m currently working out 4x per week and I eat pretty healthy.

Does anyone have a general idea on how many good carbs, fats and proteins one should consume for these goals? Or a calculate I can use.

Thank you!
L

There's no magic macro breakdown that's going to give you a specific build. That depends on genetics, overall calorie intake, and doing the physical work to build up any specific muscles (in your case, your glutes). Your genetics may preclude getting a small waistline and maintaining a booty.
