Track, Summer, Football

The winter bulk has been going pretty well I think. But with the track season starting up, is it realistic to try to stick to a weight gain plan? Should I just try to maintain?
Once two a days start for football idk if it’s even going to be physically possible to eat enough food. I’m an ectomorph who plays d line so I need to work to get that weight up yaomean. If any of y’all are athletes who have been through this I’d greatly appreciate some tips and golden tidbits.
