How can I determine the actual amount of protein carbs and fats I am supposed to be taking in .. I’ve adjusted it so much I just want to make sure I am doing correctly to loose weight

With that said, you can just use the Myfitnesspal default macros of 50%C 30%F 20%P, they are general good guidelines. It's more about getting good nutrition and staying within a calorie goal.0
