I am a Hungarian woman over 40 living in Berlin Germany with my 5 years old son for 3 years now. I had lot of changes in my life lately and it is still not over. Lot of stress...and I am a stress eater unfortunately.
I decided - now that I grew up 😉 and finally I know what I want, need and have the tools to direct my life towards a balanced future for me and my son - this year will be about positive changes. So here I am.
