Check those labels folks

I know I'm probably preaching to the converted but it never fails to amaze me when I check the labels and see the difference in products.
I wanted some sachet coffee for the office, taking the ingredients separately is a buit of a pain at the moment so the sachets are easier for now.
Browsing the shelf I saw "Skinny" and "Chocolate/Hazelnut" so I naturally got the Skinny - because that's got
to be better right?
Out of curiosity I compared the cals and there was only 3 calories difference per mug. THREE!
Needless to say the Skinny went back on the shelf and tomorrow I shall enjoy a Chocolate and Caramalised Hazelnut Latte for my mid-morning drink.
Just because it says Skinny/Low/Healthy or whatever, it isn't necessarily better.
