Hello all

Hello, been on the app for a while but only just found this πŸ˜‚ little bit about me and my goals. 31 13.5 stones at moment, looking to bulk and loose weight gradually while I do. Juggling 2 kids, work & a workout can be difficult but I have found a way to do it 😁

What are everybody else's goals? 😁

    I hear ya! Two kiddos here too…5 years and 9 weeks! I just started back with fitness and I love doing home workouts! Hoping to lose the 40+ lbs off baby weight and get back to running and the strength I had pre baby #2! In 2019 I ran my first half marathon and my new goal is to conquer a full one by 2024! Slow and steady!
