Here I go again

I have seen a lot of people on here in the same boat.
Desk job, WFH, constant stress from work, silly hours at my desk to try to cope with it all then family on top of that.
At the start of lockdown 2 years ago I was 260lbs but getting on the scales this morning I am up to 336lbs.
I want to go swimming at least twice a week and maybe do an exercise class or 2 but I am struggling to step away from work & family life to give myself the time to actually do it all the while getting more upset about my increasing weight and trying desperately not to turn to comfort food to cope with it all.
