okay so I can not even remember the last time I finished logging in my food for the day...which is not good because the scale has not dropped in almost 3 wks...coincidence...hmmm???

I do really good all day, and then after dinner I'm so busy....and then the next day I'm like..okay what did I do again....and oh I've been snacking and picking again!

So this morning my scale said I was down 12 lbs...which is a farce its on the fritz....so I got out my measuring tape and took my measurements again and am about the same about another 2 inches over all lost...total of like 15.5 inches...and 12 lbs still...

I want to get back on the logging train....I don't know why I'm having such a hard time....any suggestions...I was doing sooo great w/ it ....anyway....today is a new day i guess!

hugs and thanks for listening!

Maybe you're hesitant because the food log makes you more accountable for what you eat. I have a hard time recording my "cheats" because I prefer the denial. :ohwell:

Just remember the food log is a tool to help you achieve your goals.

    Good luck! :flowerforyou:

lol thanks Shannon...probably! If I don't think about the cheats...they will just disappear...right?! lol

but I thinks its also partly because I cook a lot of things like chicken broccoli and ziti...or dishes that aren't that easy to add to my foods....I think I've just been slacking because of my plateau...and was so much better when the numbers on the scale were moving faster...it was motivating and well after reading Banks post about stages....I think I understand a bit better....

but I'll work on that denial thing too LOL

    thanks again!
