Hi All
I’m embarking on focusing on nutrition in order to achieve my weight goal. As an ex noomer I’ve decided I need to make more nutritional choices to maintain weight loss and improve my body composition.

If you can help me understand more about macros and how much protein is good for weight loss I’d be very grateful to hear from you.
