I've been frustrated, stuck at 128 lbs (down from 170 in August). My ultimate goal weight is 125 lbs. I've made steady progress for the most part, but these last 3 lbs have been a bugger. I've had a few nights out where I couldn't log accurately so there is that, but I didn't go nutty. The scale just kept staying at 128.x lbs. Today after a freaking month, it finally budged to 127.x. Hard when this happens. Just give it a minute and it will finally break loose. Argh. I hope the next 2 lbs don't take a month each!
