Looking for friends with similar goals. I have used MFP on and off for several years. Recently linked it to my FitBit account to get motivated to eat cleaner and walk more. Want to join me for some Fitbit Fitness challenges?!

I quit my career in the outdoor industry about 2 years ago. Between Covid lockdowns, a cross country move, the deaths of my brother, a life long friend and both of my dogs, I became depressed and my weight ballooned to 275#.

Im going back to school now, knocking out prerequisites for nursing school. Im walking an average of 6 miles per day- 6 days a week.

My main motivation is to get my BMI below 30 so I can be a living liver donor for my best friend who recently got terrible news while hospitalized earlier this month.

I’ve lost about 21# and have about 85 more to go. Let’s do this together!
